Kabab: Ek delicious vegetarian Healthy receipe, jisko aap bana sakte hai kisi bhi occasion par or kha sakte hai apni evening chai ke sath as a snacks.
Main Ingredient for Kabab

  • 2 medium size Gazar(Carrot) diced
  • 1 cup Phoolgobhi(Cauliflower) or 8-10 chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pattagobhi(Cabbage)
  • 2 medium size Aloo(Potato) boiled
  • 1 cup Matar(Peas)
  • 1 large roughly chopped Pyaj(Onion)
  • 1/2 tbsp Adrak-Lehsun(Ginger-Garlic) Paste
  • 8-10 tbsp Besan(Gram flour)
  • 8-10 Pudina(Mint leaves)
  • 2 tbsp chopped Dhaniya(Coriander Leaves) 
  • Salt as Required
  • Oil: 3-4 tbsp

Spice powders for veg kebab
  • 1/4 tbsp Haldi(Turmeric) 
  • 1/2 tbsp Lal Mirch(Red chilli powder)
  • Garam Masala: 1/2 tbsp
 Steps for making Kebab:
1. Dry roast Besan jab tak golden brown or aromaticna ho and keep it aside to cool.
2. Put all the veggie except Potato in grinder to make them minced. Don't make it a paste.
3. Mashed potato in another bowl or mix karnge minced veggie Ke sath.
4. Ab ginger garlic paste add karenge with salt according to your taste.
5. Then Besan ko milynge mixture mai with small batches so that it will mix completely.
6. Now take small portions of this mixture in your hand and give them the shape of kabab.

For frying:
1. Take 3-4 tbsp in a pan. When oil become hot put the kebabs into that and shallow fry them.
2. You can also fry them deep. But I prefer to fry them shallow.
3. Ek side golden brown hone ke baad just turn it and let it golden brown and crisp from another side.
4. Place the kebab on kitchen paper towels to abosord extra oil.

Kabab tayar hai. Chat masala dalynge and serve them hot with chutney. 

Note: even after adding Besan you find the mixture sticky Hai then add bread crumbs. You can use the veggie you like.
